Description:
Lucky Lighting
Jewelry has been designed on the base of the red pottery humped cow (bison) with gold That was earned from marlik (north of Iran) – 1000 BC – It is kept in Iran national museum. I inspired of this pottery. I used its shape whereas the jewelry’s outlined, form and details has been designed by the pottery’s abstract elements.
This pottery had been used as tallow-burner to light the family assembly. They had holy symbolizations that implied lucky meaning. I think pottery humped cow was seeing the a rural family’s desires and happiness every day.
First, I analyzed the forms of pottery humped cow and I could create the new shapes that they implied original form and the last jewelry form has been design on base of them.
