How to use this Jewel:

To gain the full powers of the item you need to follow these steps:
Sit down every day for a period of 21 days and create a structure in your thought. The structure will be used as a personal library for all the knowledge that we use. The process must be made for 21 days and if you skip one day, you need to start all over again. The structure should contain rooms, files, shelves and so on when each space is reserved for specific information.
