This verse is taken from Psalms 91:11

This Chapter serves for protection in the Jewish tradition. The verse hints at the heavenly protection that accompanies man and the messengers of G-d, the angels that accompany the man that the divine spirit dwells in them. Heavenly protection like Jacob received at his hard and long road.
