We are very fortunate to have a second opportunity for making the Exalted Mars Talisman this year (instead of waiting two years for the next one!). That is because Mars has turned retrograde in Aquarius and retraced its steps back into Capricorn (its Exaltation) and has recently turned direct almost half a degree near its Exaltation degree (the degree of Capricorn where it’s said to have its maximum exaltation in the sign).
