Jewelry for Love

Love is a way of being that enriches our lives and fills us with power and joy. The Jewelry of Love by David Weitzman are based on symbols and texts that remind the wearer of the power of love and its supreme importance.  For example, the “I love therefore I am” ring.  This is a paraphrase of the famous words of Descartes, “I think therefore I am.”  The substitution of “I love” instead of “I think” represents the idea that the essence of human existence is love.  The sentence also hints that one cannot understand love on an intellectual level but only to experience it through giving and a feeling of unity with those around us.
