Shipping back to us

If I wish to fix the ring size, replace the item or get refund, How do I ship back to you?
Before shipping back please make sure you contact our customer service to receive instructions. A package sent incorrect may be held by the Israeli custom.

Where do I put my ring size?
Please insert your ring size at the Remarks field at the order form or email it to us to: info@ka-gold-jewelry.com

How do I know my ring size?
The easiest way is to go to any local jewelry shop and ask to measure your ring size. Most shops would be happy to assist you.

What type of size standard do you work with (UK, US or Israeli for example)?
David can work with any type of size standard.

Pendant chains:

Do the pendants come with chain?
The pendant comes with a black string.

Do you sell other chains?
We hope to sell in the future. Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t sell other chains.

Shipment:

Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to all countries.

What are the shipping prices to world wide?
The shipping prices are the same to the whole world. Registered shipping is $4 and EMS (fast) is $21.

Can I track my order?
The EMS shipping can be tracked. The registered shipping shows only the sending date and cannot be tracked.

What do you do if my package is lost?
We will file a lost package report to Israeli post service and if they confirm the lost we will ship your order again.

We give full money back guarantee including the shipping cost to you. We do not pay for the shipping cost back to us.

Can David make me a custom model?
It depends on the request. Please send us a detail graphic design of the requested model and we will check and come back to you.

What it is like living in such an intense yet beautiful place like Israel?
For me Israel is a mirror of the entire humanity. I feel Israel radiates on the whole world and is meant to teach the world a lesson for patience. I use the luck of peacefulness at the people here in Israel as a day to day lesson for balance and patience. Most of my models are made out of a will to give other people a different and more real point of view over there lives.
